Innovation to Creation
Innovation to Creation: Moving from Journey 1 to Journey 2.
For the past couple of years, I've been stuck in Journey 1 - Innovation. I've occasionally visited this website to write a few blogs or use it as a platform to sell the bags I used to sew. However, one can only remain in the Innovation stage for so long before it's time to move on, become consistent, and overcome the fear of posting content.
I've often found myself creating new social media accounts and abandoning old ones due to the pressure to be perfect and the fear of judgment. While I can't promise these feelings will disappear entirely, I recognize that the constant theme in my life is my love for creativity. This passion manifests in various forms, such as sewing, content creation, blogging, jewelry making, and pottery.
With this realization, I'm ready to transition from Innovating to Creation. It's time to start editing and posting the backlog of blogs I've been too afraid to share due to concerns about others' perspectives. These blogs primarily focus on personal learnings and express common feelings that many people experience but rarely discuss openly. In my interactions, I've noticed that these topics often remain taboo until a certain level of comfort is established.
As I embark on Journey 2 - Creation, prepare to read, see, and hopefully enjoy all the blogs I've been holding back. I commit to posting at least bi-weekly, with the possibility of more frequent updates. I'm still debating whether to backdate the blogs or publish them with an "original date" notice, but I'm leaning towards the latter option.
So, here's to moving from Journey 1 - Innovation —> Journey 2- Creation. Lets see what I can cook up!
